Training Consultant / Executive
Duties
Liaise with client and respective Human resources consultant to identify client training needs
Develop tailor made training programs in line with specific identified client needs and industry
Implement training delivery methods and facilitate training program(training client personnel)
Develop and maintain good relationship with client through client intimacy and continuously feed back and appraisal of training and development program delivered.
Ensure statutory training requirement are meet (both by client and our selves) before undertaking any training program.
Liaise directorate of Industrial training (DIT) on all training and development statutory regulation (ensure 100% compliance )
Develop and present timely report on all training project in the managing consultancy
Qualification
A bachelor degree in education and a diploma in Human resources management from a reputable institution
At least 2 years hands-on experience in training facilitation and capacity building
Proficiency in report writing.
27-30 years of age
Strong background and ability in participatory training methodologies.
