Emergency Plus Medical Services (E-Plus) is a
private company, limited by guarantee, fully owned by the Kenya Red Cross
Society to offer emergency medical services which include 24hr ambulance
services, Pre-hospital care training and the sale of first aid kits.
The Organization is looking to fill the following position;
Office Assistant
Reporting to the Finance Manager the office assistant will
carry out the following duties;
Deliver invoices, parcels and other documents to clients as
well as suppliers.
Assist in debt collection.
Assist the Stores Assistants in Stock take processes.
Assist in posting customer invoices.
Assist in filling and record keeping of financial documents.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements
Diploma in Business administration of equivalent.
At least one year experience in the same capacity of office
administration.
Key Competencies
Good organizational skills.
Possess people skills.
Self starter who can work independently.
Ability to prioritize and work under minimum supervision.
Ability to follow directions.
Honesty, integrity and commitment is highly valued.
