Fundraising and Programme Manager Job in Kenya

Maasailand Preservation Trust, a leading conservation organization in the Amboseli - Tsavo ecosystem, is seeking to recruit an exceptionally high caliber, self-driven and results oriented Fundraising and Programme Manager.

The suitable candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of writing project/program proposals, donor reporting and obtaining grant funding from institutional and other donors.
• Experience in identifying and developing resource mobilization strategies
• Must have a Masters Degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
• A post-graduate Diploma in project/programme management or related discipline from a reputable institution will be a definite advantage
• At least 5 years post-qualification work experience in a similar position with a reputable NGO running multiple donor funded projects
• Familiarity with managing wildlife conservation projects will be an advantage
• Must be computer literate in MS Office applications
• Excellent people management, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Must be of high integrity
• Ready and willing to work and live in a remote area
• The ideal candidate must be available to start work immediately
