Our client, an international logistics and supply
organization is looking for talent to fill the position of a Project Manager-
Central Africa.

Project Manager-Central Africa
Reporting to the Central Africa IT Lead, the major role of the incumbent will be to take responsibility for delivering IT projects, by applying IT management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines to the business units.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist with the deployment of IT Project Delivery tools,
methodologies and standards
Build strong working relationships with business unit teams
Steer large IT projects to completion by maintaining project
plan, time scales, resource management and budget control
Support project management activity for new business
initiatives to achieve customer and business strategy goals and targets
Deployment and continual assessment of project delivery
tools, methodologies and standards in line with global policy
Manage and development of project resources
Coach and mentor a motivated Project Delivery Team and
establish an effective communicative structure
Contribute to the improving of country business unit
profitability
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years experience within IT with a minimum 3
years experience in project delivery experience
University Degree in a Business related field or relevant
education and work experience in Project Delivery
Strong analytical skills with excellent project management
skills and budgeting control skills
Business and process acumen
Exemplary resource planning and management skills
