We are a world-class facility within Nairobi, Kenya fully enabled to service the global market by deploying the best of breed technology  to run its operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 
Our facility is approx. 40,000 sq feet and has the scalability to accommodate over 1,200 agents.
 
The Position

Job Title: Business Leader – Business Development & Sales
 
Job category: Senior Management level
 
Position Summary
 
The incumbent must be a dynamic and results-oriented individual with proven expertise in business development and sales (BPO & ITES); negotiation and implementation of both local and global programmes.
 
Essential Experience
Demonstrate extensive business development and sales experience of a similar nature in a highly competitive environment with at least 5 years in the BPO & ITES industry or a similar highly competitive service industry. Previous experience within the ITES industry is an added advantage
Well developed understanding of generating sales, marketing and business development strategy and implementation with demonstrated ability to deliver on ROI
In addition, experience in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers.
Experience of brand building and brand development
Proven strategic aptitude and strong leadership skills are a prerequisite
