Sales Administrator Job in Kenya


Sales Administrator 

( Gross Salary20k-25k)
Our client, a fast moving consumer goods firm is looking forward to recruiting a (Sales Administrator 20k-25k)

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinating with team members and various staff for operational support activities of the unit
Scheduling and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities
Preparing sales teams report and update the same to the manager
Handling stocks and making sure that it does not run out
Handling the tasks of assisting in preparation and monitoring budgets
Organising and maintaining file correspondence, systems and other essential records
Scheduling sales activities
Maintaining sales and promotional materials
Planning and conducting direct marketing activities
Presenting sales contracts
Conducting product training
Responding to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Conducting market research and surveys
Participating in sales events
Education and Qualifications
A minimum of diploma in sales and marketing
Ability to run projects and liaise well with clients
The candidate should be very organized and keen to details
Minimum age of 27yrs
Experience in sales administration a must
