Job Description Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and
executing the company’s recovery and debt collection efforts
Reporting Responsibility:
Operations Manager
Main Purpose of the Job
Ensure company debts are recovered on time and efficiently
Other reporting relationships:
Directors, Operations Manager Business Development Manager,
Accountant, Auditors, Legal counsel, external recovery agents
Key responsibilities
Identify cases due for recovery
Develop relationships with the police, local administration
and other government agencies necessary to aid collection
Coordinated daily execution of debt follow up by phone,
visits and recovery
Oversee disposal of recovered assets
Qualifications
Two years experience in a debt collection or recovery
operation for example banks, auctioneers, debt collection firms
Proven ability to develop relationships with agencies
necessary to make recovery work successful
Minimum diploma education
