Finance Manager, Customer Services Officer and Customer Care Assistant Jobs in Kenya

1. Finance Manager

Responsibilities
·                     Ensure competencies & accuracy and integrity of all accounting records
·                     Oversee daily updating & continuous monitoring of customers accounts
·                     Production of relevant and periodic management reports
·                     Oversee maintenance of control accounts and reconciliations
·                     Ensure appropriate liquidity management
·                     Preparation of quality assurance reports & updates on all operational areas
Skills & Competencies
·                     Minimum University degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance
·                     CPA (K)
·                     Minimum three years relevant experience in a busy financial institution
·                     A person of integrity, team player and with effective communication skills
·                     Proficiency in computer skills especially Pastel
2. Customer Services Officer 

1 Post

Responsibilities
·                     Coordination of front office activities
·                     Ensure effective communication to all customers
·                     Coordinate the marketing and recruitment function
Skills & Competencies
·                     Diploma in Public Relations/Communications
·                     K.C.S.E minimum grade C+
·                     Able to make judgements and execute work autonomously
·                     Strong planning and prioritization skills
·                     Fluency in both English and Kiswahili languages
·                     Practical working experience of at least two years
·                     Proficiency in computer skills
·                     A person of integrity and team player
3. Customer Care Assistant

Responsibilities
·                     Manage customers accounts
·                     Responding promptly to customers inquiries
·                     Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
·                     Follow up on customer interactions and transactions
Skills & Competencies
·                     K.C.S.E mean grade C
·                     Certificate in Marketing, hospitality or communications
·                     Proficiency in computers
·                     Fluency in spoken English & Kiswahili
·                     Working experience of not less than two years
·                     A person of integrity and team player
